Analisis Setting Rele Jarak Dengan Metode Artificial Neural Network Pada Sistem SUTT 150 kV GI Gianyar-Sanur



ABSTRACT

 

Protection of the transmission line has a very important role in power system protection, because the transmission line is the channel of liaison between the plant and the burden lies on long distances through areas with various weather conditions and soil conditions, so the channel transimsi is the main target of most disturbances which occurred in the power system. Rele saver is a set of planned safety equipment for detecting a condition of abnormalities in the electrical equipment can be mambahayakan or not. Rele distance work by measuring the magnitude of the impedance (Z) of the transmission is divided into several areas of coverage, zone 1, zone 2, zone 3.

The use of distance relay on the SUTT 150 kV GI Gianyar-Sanur network system is expected to help the reliability of the transmission system. Distance relay which is installed with a value of setting by PLN specifically, is wanted to do some research to get the appropriate value of setting and able to secure the SUTT 150 kV GI Gianyar-Sanur network system. After doing the preliminary researches, the distance relay’s value of setting data on the SUTT 150 kV GI Gianyar-Sanur network system which was determined by PLN is: Sanur Gianyar-1 zone 1: (R = 0977, X = 2684, Z = 2.86), zone 2: (R = 1341, X = 3684, Z = 3.92), zone 3: (R = 2107, X = 5789, Z = 6.16) Relay Setting. The method that is used to determine the value of setting distance relay on the SUTT 150 kV GI Gianyar-Sanur network system is Artificial Neural Network method.

To determine the value of setting distance relay on the SUTT 150 kV GI Gianyar-Sanur network system by using the Artificial Neural Network, the analysis of short circuit fault current magnitude must be done. In search of that short circuit fault current value, ETAP Power Station 4.0 software is necessarily used. The value of result of the short circuit fault current (3 phase fault current), (2 phase fault current), (2 phase to ground fault current), and (1 phase to ground fault current), along with Inominal Transformers 1732 kVA, and CT ratio that is installed with 800/1 A are used as an input on the Artificial Neural Network method. In the process of Artificial Neural Network method, there is Resilent Backpropagation that  is used to accelerate the training mode. The value of setting distance relay ​​on the SUTT 150 kV GI Gianyar-Sanur network system which is obtained from The Artificial Neural Network method is getting the value of zone 1: (R = 0.84, X = 2687, Z = 2.82), zone 2: (R = 1156, X = 3.69, Z = 3.06), zone 3: (R = 1806, X = 5855, Z = 6148), and the differences of percentage are, zone 1: (R = 14%, X = 0.1%, Z = 1.4 %), zone 2: (R = 13.8%, X = 0.2%, Z = 0.4%), zone 3: (R = 14.3%, X = 1.1%, Z = 0.2%).

Upaya awal pendirian Jurusan Teknik Elektro adalah berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Rektor Nomor : 612/PT.17/I.01.12/1984. Setelah melalui tahap perjuangan selama 4 tahun maka pada tahun 1988 turun Surat Keputusan Direktur Jendral Pendidikan Tinggi Nomor : 65/DIKTI/KEP/88 tentang status resmi Jurusan Teknik Elektro.
